Privacy Policy
This draft Privacy Policy explains how ERA Cloud may collect and use business account, usage, billing, support, and operational data for its compute and inference control-plane services. It must be reviewed before paid launch.
1. Data We Collect
ERA Cloud may collect company name, user name, business email, authentication data, tenant IDs, API keys or key hashes, encrypted provider credentials, billing profile information, invoice metadata, payment rail references, usage records, workload metadata, provider selections, routing preferences, support messages, security logs, and device/browser telemetry required to operate the service.
2. Data Customers Submit
Customers are responsible for prompts, model inputs, files, outputs, workloads, credentials, and other data they submit. Customers should not submit regulated personal data, health data, payment-card data, secrets, or highly sensitive information unless a written agreement confirms that ERA Cloud and the selected providers can process it.
3. How We Use Data
ERA Cloud may use data to authenticate users, route workloads, manage provider connections, estimate and invoice usage, detect abuse, secure the platform, provide support, improve products, meet legal obligations, and complete payment-provider or infrastructure-provider reviews.
4. Third-Party Providers
Workloads may be routed to third-party compute, inference, storage, network, observability, payment, and support providers. Those providers may process workload metadata or content according to their own terms and policies. Customers should choose routing preferences and BYOK settings based on their compliance requirements.
5. Security
ERA Cloud uses access controls, tenant isolation, hashed API-key lookup, encrypted BYOK storage, operational logs, and production secret requirements. No system is perfectly secure. Customers should rotate credentials, limit user permissions, and avoid sending unnecessary secrets or sensitive data through workloads.
6. Retention
ERA Cloud may retain account, billing, usage, security, and support records for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, comply with law, support accounting, and satisfy provider or payment review obligations. Retention periods should be finalized before public paid launch.
7. International Processing
ERA Cloud is being prepared through a Georgia LLC and may use providers in multiple countries. Customer data may be processed in countries where ERA Cloud, its providers, or its payment processors operate. Enterprise customers needing regional restrictions should use written routing and data-processing terms.
8. Contact
Privacy contact email, legal entity name, registered address, and tax information are pending final insertion for the Georgia LLC.
